Someone who either is autistic or resembles, is like an autistic- hence the suffix oid , as in humanoid. This could include someone with Autistic traits-Broader Autism Phenotype etc.

archaeologisms- very old words that were once a part of the lexicon of a particular language but rarely used any more.
