Not that simple. I almost never overeat, but still I'm feeling I'm puttimg on weight by eqtimg whenever I feel like it. In this specific case it's because I stopped going to the gym for travel reasons, but still eating the same amount of calories. But some people are just hungry, I'll daresay.

I think how much you eat depends more than when you eat. People like diabetics need to eat more frequent, smaller meals. Pick an eating system that works for you.
