Meds that help me a lot:
Omeprazole (for GERD)
Hyoscine Butylbromide, brand name Buscopan (for IBS)
Diazepam (for anxiety and insomnia)
Ibuprofen with codeine (for migraines)
Naproxen (for back pain)

Citalopram (for depression) helped me at a low dose for awhile but then it stopped helping and increasing the dosage didn't do anything except make my anxiety worse.

Also, when I had acne in my early-mid teens, oxytetracycline helped that but it does take months to start working.

Meds that have been useless or had horrible side effects:
Lansoprazole (for GERD)
Pantoprazole (also for GERD)
Propranolol (for anxiety)
Amitriptyline (for insomnia)
Paracetamol (for any kind of pain)

Ambien for sleep helps the most. If I had to flee my home and could only take a few things with me, it would be third after my cats and purse.

Antidepressants help the least.
