^ Visit your doctor and explain all this to him, he may refer you for a more detailed exam with a shrink or diagnose cyclothymia or something else. My doctor prescribed mood stabilisers which are great if I'm down. I don't take them when I'm up.

I have an aunt with Bipolar. I didn't notice any mania until the very end in the video. That made me think of my aunt because anything can set her off and she starts her false accusations. I told my husband about it using some stories my mom told me and he said it sounded like manic depression which is another name for Bipolar. They are very hard to be around. But my cousin who also has it doesn't do it so I guess there are different forms of Bipolar. I don't know a lot about it or understand what it is. I just know it's excessive mood swings and anything setting them off and they are full of drama.

My mood swings are daily, but my personality shifts are monthly.

Hard to say, but if it happens a lot.
