Maybe we could have a "talk."

What do you like to do when you are having fun?

I like writing, and reading books. :) That's fun.

I love to write myself. I also enjoy reading. One of my favorite authors is a Russian guy named Dostoyevsky.

When you read, do you imagine yourself in distant lands?

I'm wondering if reading about something you really enjoy, without caring whether it's "substantial" or "worthy" might help you. Even if it's Dr Seuss.

Or maybe try to do some "stream of consciousness" writing. Write about anything that comes into your mind. Even write about how there's nothing on your mind--and how irritated you are at that!

Do you live with your parents?

No, not saying Schizophrenia, other than it possibly sounding like it.

The main point being what you're experiencing seems to coincide with stopping long term medication therapy (I'm assuming an anti-psychotic). That doesn't seem like a coincidence.

So, looking at the effects of the medication, what it's used for, and what you so far "have", would be the way to go.
