In the 2nd go-around he would have put both of them on the wall before searching either for the obvious office safety reasons. Better yet, put them both on the wall and call for backup before doing any searching.
It's no secret that there is racism in American law enforcement. As much as the American Criminal Liberties Union would like us to believe? Probably not but it is still present. It's also no secret that black and hispanic cops tend to be a bit racist toward..........you guessed it, other blacks and hispanics.
Ummmm.... there's also racism in America folks. Does that make all Americans racist?

No those demographics are a testament to the amount of
violent crimes that occur in a small segment of the population, mostly in neglected areas that should be a number one priority over the war on drugs, immigration, or whatever else. Races are a myth. This has been proven time and time again by physical anthropologists. The truth of the matter is that your limb proportions, skin tone, hair and eye color, and facial structure all make up a pretty small segment of your DNA. It's entirely possible, actually it is factually true that there are people of another ethnicity out there who are almost as genetically similar to you as your own siblings.
Also aside from the fact that homo sapiens sapiens is the most variegated species, every person shares most of the same DNA. As far as we can tell there has been wide interbreeding since even before seafaring groups like the Polynesians spread around the Pacific. Because of the amount of interbreeding there has been in all of this time, we all share in a quagmire of recessive genes.
So if races are a myth why is this the case? Culture of course.
