Yes, guys do.
Like throwing a playful punch, or even sharing a high five. Heck, there's a couple of very straight guys at work that call me either "beautiful," or "pretty," or "sexy," once or twice a shift. They talk to each other, female staff, other male staff etc like this. It's all in good natured fun and is simply a sign of a comfortable working relationship. Plus it's all a little funny. I wouldn't call it flirting AT ALL, because it's known full well that it isn't.. but it is just one of those weird social grooming things guys do in friendships/bonding etc.
