Don't go for love songs very often, but Gorecki by Lamb.

If I should die this very moment
I wouldnt fear
For Ive never known completeness
Like being here
Wrapped in the warmth of you
Loving every breath of you
Still in my heart this moment
Or it might burst
Could we stay right here
Until the end of time until the earth stops turning
Wanna love you until the seas run dry
Ive found the one Ive waited for

All this time Ive loved you
And never known your face
All this time Ive missed you
And searched this human race
Here is true peace
Here my heart knows calm
Safe in your soul
Bathed in your sighs
Wanna stay right here
Until the end of time
til the earth stops turning
Gonna love you until the seas run dry
Ive found the one Ive waited for

The one Ive waited for

All Ive known
All Ive done
All Ive felt was leading to this
All Ive known
All Ive done
All Ive felt was leading to this
Wanna stay right here
til the end of time till the earth stops turning
Im gonna love you till the seas run dry
Ive found the one Ive waited for
The one Ive waited for
The one Ive waited for

Wanna stay right here
til the end of time till the earth stops turning
Im gonna love you till the seas run dry
Ive found the one Ive waited for
The one Ive waited for

My choices for love songs are always kind of odd.

Like, Tainted Love, Bat out of Hell, and White Flags. But I do manage
some (slightly) more conventional ones, like Heroes by Bowie.

Tainted Love is very conventional.

David Bowie's Rock and Roll Suicide works for me when I am down and lonely. It feels like he really is singing it for all the downhearted.

Sort of a love song...definately one of my favorite songs and videos, either way! So pretty!

And another...Ayin Aleph - "My Bloody Marriage":

Emily Haines and the Soft Skeleton-Crowd Surf off a Cliff. More of a song about loneliness and wanting to be loved.

Forever and always, Willie Nelson and Shania Twain.

From this moment on, Backstreet and Shania Twain. My favorite song. of Shania at least. and the song that I will be doing at my school's lip sync next year, minus all the people that the song has. just two.

In Flames - Come Clarity

Quote:

I see through
Getting older every day
My soul drawing pictures
Of innoccent times
Can you add color inside these lines

I want you to lead me
Take me somewhere
Don't want to live in a dream one more day

I want you to lead me
Take me somewhere
Don't want to live in a dream one more day

Sure if we change our perspective
I'm certain I will change today
I'm certain it will change our ways
When things fall into place

I want you to lead me
Take me somewhere
Don't want to live in a dream one more day

Don't know if it's actually a love song but i think it is.
Especially the 'I want you to lead me' is something i experience.
Maybe other aspies do too Smile

I'm fairly sure that this song talks about the problems the singer encounted as a result of his Homosexuality and his frustration with the Hypocricy of it. The lyrics seem to point to it and other fans seem to think so too.

"Sunday Morning" by The Bolshoi
