| First off, I don't want to spark any religious debate. Somewhere along the lines I remember reading something about a lot of aspies being Atheist. I was curious how true this holds. |

I would say I'm agnostic. My logical brain cannot accept any organized religion. I personally feel religion is man's way of defining his own existance and creating a sense of purpose.
Though I'm fascinated researching and reading about the history of religions and their evolvement throughout time. |

Some people would consider Buddhism a religion, for me it is more of a philosophy and a theory of existence and behavior.
I think Karma would be a good thing to be true but I dont really know if it is....but I try and live as if it is,guess that makes me an existentialist,or an existentialist Buddhist with suicidal tendencies(just kidding about the last part, but I think it would make a good band name.) _________________ Just because one plane is flying out of formation, doesnt mean the formation is on course....R.D.Lang

| I believe in Judaism, but I don't really follow it. Heck, I work (as defined in the Torah) on Saturdays and eat pork. But I do enjoy feeling like I'm a part of something. Most Jewish people I know aren't highly religious either. |

| I actually agree with alot of Buddhist philosophies and principles. There's some good stuff in there. But I can't personally subscribe to all of the concepts in totality or accept it as a religion I could subscribe to. |

Atheist. However, my view on religion is "whatever gets you through the day". People can believe whatever they want to believe as long as they extend me the same courtesy. (And if they believe something that I find very silly, I reserve the right to laugh when they aren't around.) _________________ "Some mornings it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps." -- Emo Philips |

I guess I have to say for all intents and purposes I am(Listen close, FIRST TIME I have said this!) an ATHEIST! I NEVER felt comfortable. Around 9-10 I figured FORGET IT! Later I said OK, I will try to REALLY believe. I ALMOST had myself believe it, and many others believed I believed. THEN, about 8-9 years ago I said FORGET IT! I've been in a church like 2-3 times since. I think I am THROUGH! HECK, even the idea of trying to meet any good friends there is pretty worthless. MOST are hypocrits ANYWAY!

I was raised a Christian and I still would call myself one. However I dont like what people have turned the religion into. I dont like how people in the church cannot look beyond their own interpretations and social norms/culture. I like to keep my faith as simple and as personal as possible. _________________ "The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing." |
