brf, think of it like a more 'normal' and less direct version of cutting - that should probably sum it up quite well.

hah, i see what you're getting at. ive noticed that a lot of people who smoke seem to have self-destructive tendencies.

I dont smoke but my favorite smell is cigarette smoke. I have no problem with smoking whatsoever. I dont smoke now because its an expensive habit but I probably will in a few years or so.

I've it in mind to try marijuana someday (which could just as likely be never), but cigarettes are a definite no for me. I dislike being around smokers in almost any situation - concerts are really the only place where the smell actually becomes likable, when it's mingled in with sweat and beer. Could just be the music and the blood flowing, but it's rather intoxicating. I'm aware that second hand smoke isn't particularly good for my health, but oh well - it's not like I go to concerts often.

I never going to smoke, my aerobic respiration says I'm unfit. I can't stand smokers, especially the see-able fumes.

I feel sorry for you people who are surrounded at indoor public places. But at England, smoking inside public places is illegal.

I don't, it killed my nana and we had to bury her Christmas Eve. I will always remember that day.

It is one of the taint of the society.

i don't smoke but i don't see why some people bother to hate smoking. it's almost like they have nothing better to do with their time or no better place to channel their emotions.

sad.

All those smokers who have lung cancer should not be given chemotherapy. They were aware of the risks right from the start, yet they were stupid enough to smoke over 20 cigarettes a day.

I stopped a few years ago: I still get cravings occasionally. I did enjoy it, but stopped for health reasons.
