I have the same problem!
There are constantly bits of skin hanging off around my nails and I chew them until they hurt because they're just raw stumps.
I guess it's just the anxiety.
I used to have this stuff to put on to make them taste nasty, but I stopped using it cos I wanted to bite my nails so bad!  |

I bite my nails 2. It is so hard 2 stop.
This reliver (substitute teacher) used to bite his nails and he made a deal with his mum to stop 4 a month for a reward. He did it but he didn't get the reward. He said to his mum that if he can do it for a month he could do it 4ever. |

To the OP:
Sprinkle foot powder on your fingernails.
If you bite them, they will taste so nasty that you are obliged to wash your mouth out!

Biting nails is common in Asby's. I do it a lot espically when im nervous. Unfortunatly apart from putting chilli powder on your nails i can't help you with stopping it
