| I think my performance IQ is higher than my verbal one, which does not correlate with AS. Yikes! I came out as average with this test. Please all take this test and tell me your scores. Good luck. Some words baffled me!! |

You appear to have a very extensive vocabulary. You know the meanings of most of the given terms, some of which are extremely advanced. Your excellent vocabulary can help you communicate and understand the written word. |

I'd like to know what I got wrong, although a few seemed like they could have been clearer.

BTW I don't think I EVER got a score that low for a general test. I bought the test results to see what I got wrong, and it said:

Verbal intelligence is a major part of one’s intellectual capacity. Although verbal skills make up only a fraction of what is known collectively as intelligence, this kind of "word smarts" tends to be quite useful in our society. Reading, writing, and speaking is heavily employed in our academic, social, personal, and professional lives. In fact, a great deal of research has indicated that the verbal component of intelligence is most predictive of success in a wide variety of jobs. Verbal intelligence is reflected in the ability to express oneself in words as well as to read, write, and interpret written and spoken language.
Overall results
IQ score = 138
Percentile score = 99
138
According to this test, you are a word whiz with a very high Verbal IQ! Keep up the good work, and remember that there is no ceiling to your knowledge - you can improve your verbal ability infinitely.

I didn't score well...my vocabulary Isn't very good.
Vocabulary
SubFacor IQ score = 90
Subscale percentile = 27
You appear to have an average vocabulary. While you know the meaning of some difficult words, your vocabulary is still somewhat limited. Remember that by expanding your vocabulary, you will be better able to communicate and understand the written word. Fortunately, with practice, and by expanding your reading materials and making a conscious effort to learn new words, your vocabulary can gradually increase. _________________ The hero is no braver than the ordinary man, but he is brave five minutes longer
