I remember a while back their use to be this candy it ws like gummy bears that was flavored like different fruit and they came in a small blue package I was wondering to you have any idea what it is and is it just me but dont the clear gummy bears taste the best.

Haribo brand "gold bears" gummybears ? Those are only ones I ever liked, and that had (in my opinion) different flavors for different colors. The white (clear) ones did taste best-though the red ones were pretty good, too. Packaging is clear with gold colored edge-not blue. So I don't know what you're describing, figured I'd guess...
May have seen "Black Forest" brand gummi bears but I didn't go for them.

Was package from multipack box, not labeled for individual sale ? That could be something from the artificial fruit snacks aisle of grocery, those products change a lot over time as fads & gimmicks come & go (Farley or Betty Crocker brand "fruit" rollups, bites, wrinkles, etc.).

Are you in America? If so, you are probably referring to the "Amazing Fruit" brand gummy bears. The package is blue with greatful dead-esque bears on the front carrying a bunch of fruit.
I think you can still find it, but I have not seen it lately.
