I've just reently been learning how to recognize when someone is stressed, because I myself don't have much experience with the emotion. I still have trouble knowing when someone is or isn't stressed. I should probably work on it more.

Since you guys get stressed, how can you tell when someone is stressed?

A harsher tone of voice than usual, fiddling with hands a lot or deep frowning, circles under the eyes, a short temper. Unusually impersonal or harsh seeming comments.
More complaints than usual. Slumped posture. Not speaking much. Avoiding eye contact.

Hope this helps
