Unless they use GIMP or some other package to make their own then they would just be drawing from a limited resource of other peoples.

Okay, out of that last batch of tmad40blue's, I enjoyed that Leonidas gone all happy-manga, "I have a Dreamcast", the 'Blue Screen of Death' Ownage, the cat false alarm, but I didn't like any of the shoop-da-woops, and the owl '9000' was crap.
