Does anyone else on here have no sense of being "in the way?" I don't- I'm useless in supermarkets because, when asked to move out of the way of one person, i move straight into the way of someone else. _________________

That's how it is in supermarkets, especially during rush hour. _________________ "How about a shave?"

And that's exactly why I avoid crowded supermarkets! Well, it's one reason of many, but it is a reason. How can anyone move around in all these small passages not knocking things or people over in the process? And wherever you come to a stand, someone will knock into you in a matter of minutes.
I'm in the way often from what I can tell about people asking me rudely to get out of the way, even in non-supermarket areas. The very best example is the pavement. How come the majority of those who walk on it walk straight in the middle? I try not to, because the pavement is huge, but when I make an attempt to avoid the other people by walking nearer to either side, I still seem to prompted to get out of the way of where the people are going. Which I don't usually do, because I'm not the only one who can sidestep. I once imagined that strangers on the pavement were actually walking toward me on purpose, as if all people are always glued to one side. Though it me be a social thing and real indeed?
Well, I usually either knock into people and notice I was in the way or people are as nice as to tell me to please move to the side, but I don't notice unless I try to avoid everybody. |

That's why people should have a licence to push a trolley, IMO. I've lost count on how many times some near-sighted and slightly deranged trolley-pusher ran into me. _________________ "How about a shave?"

| I'm really paranoid about this and as a result can't abide people getting in my way |
