They seem weird and they can't comprehend anything you try to tell them. They also have this weird thing of talking to each other without any problems. Can some NT explain to me what's going on?

Anti-NT sentiment is every bit as bad as anti-aspie statements made by some of them . . .

I used to think the same way, as the OP. I've become close friends with two, very decent NTs, and I don't feel that way, anymore.

I think they are wierd to, though I wouldn't go right out and do name calling to the entire catagory of human norms. Smile Now what happened in the past where you didn't think they understood you?

It is because our brains are wired differently to those who have AS or Autism Smile
It is not a bad thing, often having as clued up NT around can make life easier for the one on the spectrum.

Because sometimes they seem closer to monkeys than we are to them.

How do they seem weird? If the NTs you talk have no problems in social situations except when they talk to you, maybe nothing's wrong with them, but it is you that need to work on your communication skills.

Sure.

Then either you are talking to particularly stupid people or you are inadequately conveying your thoughts. What exactly do you say that people are incapable of comprehending?

Actually, many of us can't. People with AS don't have a monopoly on social ineptitude.

I don't understand why anyone takes the label "NT" seriously, I mean even they have problems.

Just like you are not your diagnosis, an "NT" is not their label.

NTs don't suck, just like people with AS don't either.

Some with AS moan that they are getting bullied/rejected by NTs yet they say mean things about the NTs! I can understand why someone would be mad for this to happen to them but there is no need to stereotype a whole group of people and say that they are all bad!

The sooner everyone accepts eachother, the better and easier life will be.

My friends are NT, and in fact I only have one friend with AS...

Sad as it sounds, kids are harsh - they don't bully people because they have AS, but because us aspies do weird stuff! (Please don't mistake that for me saying that I in any way condone people being bastards to eachother!)

I have not much knowledge of NT's.

However, have you ever used big words and people ask what it means? I use simple words that I expect my peers to know. Like the word arrogant, typical, naive, etc. Words I learned in the seventh grade. And if my peers don't know what a simple word means, that gets me frustrated. It just tells me that those people possess the intelligence of a duck, possibly lower. I never said it in their faces,

I was appalled to see one of my peers lacking any knowledge of what the word "procrastination" means and I say, that's just sad.

I don't like NT's. They can get a bit stressful to deal with.
