Can somebody help me get rid of stuttering and mumbling? I really stops me from doing what I find fun to do. When I am recording a podcast, it is really annoying that I have to record all over again because of these problems.
Can anyone help me right now? |

Perhaps you could try to slow your speech down and make it more methodical and paced.
It helps me. I'd constantly get stuck on words and stutter those I don't say often if I didn't pace myself. |

| Is stuttering a part of Asperger's? I am undiagnosed but I have always had this problem as well. |

| I use to have a slight stutter, and have used a metronome to time myself while talking, it helps to establish a steady tempo, I have also used singing to help me talk clearer, singing uses a different part of the brain. |

| I used to have a pretty bad stutter, but I've (mostly) overcome it by realizing when I'm doing it and just pausing my speech (replacing it with an "uhhh") while I prethink whatever I'm trying to say. |
