Not sure what part are meaning by that but there is nothing bad about it,am also use a laptop for communication,it's as 'normal' as using this forum.

Ah. .
Nothing creepy about prefering, or only being able, to communicate by text-- just about the idea of having your only voice subtly controlled by your caretakers.
It's a scary idea.
