It was an asinine, anal mistake. If this hospital could mistake the a-hole for a leg, then what happened to the justice of an eye for an eye? I would not want one of my all seeing orbs replaced with a you-know-what. 
However, we do see a lot of crap now and then, and this just shows we have not seen it all. Anal-ize this.

FOX news is the only news source I have found that has this story... pretty short on details.
FOX news is a joke as far as truth go, in my book.
I wish they'd send there news anchors over to get surgery on their mouths... anything that came out of their 'mouths' then would be better than what I've seen from them before on television
