My Ex says she cares so much for her children,
yet she cares not for how they feel,
her attitude is they will get used to it, get over it.
never mind their rights to have both parents equally in their lives as they would and could only wish for and need.
I have been the right choice all along, I have always been willing to share.
but I have been refused my right to representation in family court,
our child may get screwed out of his rights by his mother.
and she just laughs about it, out of glee of spite of me AND our child,
yet she puts on such a show for all others to see to make them believe in her and that she is right,
people are so blind, just as blind and insensitive and uncaring as her.
she is such a selfish spiteful hypocrite.
she wont feel a thing when he crys for me like I had felt when he missed her.
I wish the Lawyers could feel and care, yes I made a few mistakes, we all have,
but I got a heart as warm as the brightest sun, while my Ex seems to be as cold as the dark side of the moon.
If aspergers is what she has and is, then I cant have it, I am made of almost pure emotion, and I care.......
If what is right is that what is natural and wholesome, then alls one has to do is look deep into our child's innocent eyes to know the truth.

Well, I have been having to deal with a Guardian Ad Litem for a couple months now since the above post,
My Ex looked shocked when I requested one, actually she requested one but had it in such a way
that if I accepted I would have had to give up our child, so in court I said I agreed to one,
The judge appointed one, god I have been having to jump through the hoops to make things work,
I had to go down and get DXed (Aspergers), and get an Parenting evaluation (passed with flying colors) and stuff,
it seems 2/3 of the Guardians investigations has been on me, but I think my Ex has been caught in a couple lies,
where I may fumble around but I am horrible at lying so I tell it how it is.
but all in all by the looks of it I am going to win what I want, the Guardian Ad Litem is going to
help Mediate a parenting plan between me and my Ex, but if she refuses we goto court and fight it out,
but by what I understand what the guardian wants the courts generally make happen anyways 90% of the time,
which means I get what I wanted to begin with weather my Ex likes it or not, equal and joint legal and physical custody,
man I had to kiss a lot of ass to get this and its still not over,
by what the Guardian has been in a way telling me is what I been hoping would be noticed,
and that is my bond with my child, the Guardian seemed to like that ALLOT, plus I been showing a HUGE interest in learning better and better parenting
even though I am damn good at it already, and also, my child seems to listen to me and he does what I ask of him.
Plus my Ex depends on her boyfriends to help keep her financially stable, but her relationships rarely last 3 years at most,
where as I can take care of my own.
and I been sticking to my guns about a shared and joint custody and a willingness to work jointly with parenting,
and I been on my best behaviour, its starting to really be looking up.
