It was a game franchise on the GBA. Golden Sun also had a sequel "Golden Sun: The Lost Age". I loved every bit of it, the music, graphics (best on 16-bit handheld) and the summons system, all was awesome, except when you got stuck lol.

If that happens, I will buy a Wii. No more Mario Golf or Tennis as the developer Camelot seemed to be making a lot during the Gamecube era.

I loved Golden Sun. I play it whenever my hockey team goes on a trip somewhere. That game was so awesome.

Definitely among the best RPGs I've ever played.

I quite enjoyed the first one, but for some reason got bored halfway through the second one.

I loved both Golden Suns!
... But I'm a girl. Not a guy. So it'd be a bit difficult for me to be a fanboy. Laughing

All of the puzzles were amazing. Dear god, those log and ice-pillar puzzles drove me insane! Gah. But they were genius. XD
I also loved the way you could use some of the attacks/powers outside of battle. And how you can read minds. And reveal stuff. And freeze water and grow stuff. And then slack off and gamble when you got stuck. And how there were so many neat-o side-quests... And... and... I loved everything else too. (:

They are quite possibly two of the best RPGs I've ever played. XD

I didn't like it, the battle system felt broken to me once you could just summon every turn on random battles. It felt very Dragon Quest-y but without the charm of that franchise - it had very dull characters and plot.

Golden Sun was enjoyable, but I was angered when I reached what felt like the middle of the game, and found out it was the end. It was as if they only gave me half the game. I decided not to buy the sequel, since it'd mean giving more money to a company that ripped me off by selling me half a game for the price of a whole game.

I love golden sun, especially the second one they really improved things and made it a better game. I beat them both with all (I think) djinn and enjoyed it immensely I do hope they make another but I don't know if it will hold my interest like the others did..

I love them.
But I never did beat Dullahan. He kept using Djinn Storm, which is totally broken. I ended up finishing the game without beating him. But I still have a "Project Scrap Dullahan"-save file.

That took me quite a few tries too.
