Yeah, definitely... Parker and Stone know how to pick on a group in such a way that they actually support the ideas by picking on them (anyone remember when cartman faked being disabled and competing in the special olympics?)
Also, if parker and stone were to do an aspie episode (or even just autistics in general), they would be more likely to see our side of the cause, since activism (in this case, the whole "autism is an epidemic" argument) is the one thing that is usually cast in a completely negative light on that show... |

So being insulted by Parker & Stone is actually a compliment? _________________

Unfortunately, it doesn't mean you do care about it, either... _________________ The absence of a stabilizing source of pleasure, such as a boyfriend or girlfriend, can, by the theory of reward expectation, predispose one toward exotic behaviors that, properly speaking, are not delusional, and would have otherwise been dismissed as un |

Being ridiculed by South Park is not as honourific as it seems. It makes me crazy how you will cry to heaven about this kind of treatmemnt at school, but actually look forward to someone making fun of you on TV. It's maddening, questionable, and it needs to be advised against. Matt & Trey do not love you. THey are taking advantage of your weaknesses and profiting from them.
Get that through your head!!! _________________

Well I like aspie humor. Jokes aren't real. If people are offended with jokes, it's their problem not the other person who did them.
If people don't like the humor on South Park, they shouldn't be watching it. It's obvious people like the humor in it or the new episodes still wouldn't be being made.
My dad has a friend who is Jewish and he still likes this show.
The good news is they make fun of everything, so why should we get the special rule about "Don't make fun of our condition, make fun of others."
Yes there are lot of things they still haven't made fun of yet.
Was anyone with Tourette's on here offended by one of the episodes they made about it?
Are any handicapped people on here offended with South Park? They have made fun of crippled people. I remember Cripple Fight and and I can remember when Timmy first appeared. It was the one they made fun of about ADD. Anyone on here offended with that? _________________ Aspergers, PDD-NOS, autistic, who cares what diagnoses I have, it's just a label. That Trey and Matt don't love us.
What if they did it to make money and to raise awareness at the same time? |

Why would they do that? They want to turn a profit. M&T don't seem like the humanitarian type. If South Park hadn't taken off like it did, M&T would still be in a basement somewhere, amuseming themselves. _________________
