Has anyone tried to follow the health advice in the book entitled "Too Loud Too Bright Too Fast And Too Tight(I think)"? I think the book is helpful, but havn't started to make the changes she recommends.

She covers alot of topics in her book. She is some type of researcher I don't remember now and have lent my book and need to get it back.

She does suggest the basics like cutting back on sugar, stay away from articial sweetners, shots and taking stress vitamins over regular vitamins as they have more B in them I believe. If you are interested in getting her book it's worth it for the tons of info she discusses. And she also has put in short stories about herself and others who suffer from Sensory Integration along with a helpful list of sources and agencies.
