I think snake will either die or will somehow live or that will be reborn or that they still have big bosses remains and will make another clone or their was already another clone who will save the day or near the end of the game it will switch to rick asley and we have just been rick rolled and Kojima will appear and say did you rike it. _________________ Everythings the same I am still cant sleep and still hate school.

I agree about the theory about Snake dying, and possibly being ressurected.
My theories:
*At least one of the Beauty and the Beast members will survive these events. However, I am fairly certain that Screaming Mantis won't be one of them.
*EVA may have something to do with Snake's origins, and may have been involved with the Les Enfant Terribles project. After all, she asks Snake to call her 'Big Mama', and the official website says that she is fighting the Patriots.
*There have been rumours that Naomi Hunter was actually a descendent of the original Philosophers. After all, she didn't know who her real parents were....
*Raiden makes a heroic sacrifice.
*Johnny Sasaki (Akiba) proves vital to saving the world.
*Otacon becomes the adoptive father of Sunny Gurlukovich, who herself must be vital to the plot. Otherwise, why would the Patriots still be holding her after her mother's death?
*Either Ocelot rebels against Liquid's mind control, or he actually is working with Liquid's consciousness.
*The Patriots are thwarted, and their influence is drastically reduced, although I somehow doubt that they are destroyed or completely defeated. After all, Drebin comments that they are the laws of humanity embodied...
*Big Boss appears in a fashion other than flashbacks to other Metal Gear games, and may even be still alive... _________________ At moments when monsters spawn in by rising up from the ground, it turns the action into a gory, protracted session of Whack-A-Mole.

I don't believe for a second that snake will die(as in the series, he might actually die in this one), a theory of mine would be that snake makes his own clone or someone makes one of him without him knowing. kojima is making to much money off this series to end it like that.

He claims it will be the last Metal Gear game that he makes, and the games can go on without Hideo Kojima or Solid Snake. You just need to get a good story. _________________ At moments when monsters spawn in by rising up from the ground, it turns the action into a gory, protracted session of Whack-A-Mole.

It won't. The ending, I'd say, may be a little trippy, but I don't know who Rick Asley is. But I know he won't be in it. _________________ At moments when monsters spawn in by rising up from the ground, it turns the action into a gory, protracted session of Whack-A-Mole.

I don't see why. My only beef with MGS2 was the confusing and overlong finale. That, and having to escort Emma Emmerich.
As for Raiden not being cool, well, him turning into a cyborg ninja is fairly cool, although I've got the feeling that he won't survive this one. _________________ At moments when monsters spawn in by rising up from the ground, it turns the action into a gory, protracted session of Whack-A-Mole.

I've just seen the Courage is Solid trailer.
So, we can definitely draw some conclusions, as well as speculate here:
*Liquid is developing his own nanomachine system as a superweapon, not just to take over SOP. If you watch closely, at one part of the trailer, we see Liquid's head, but part of it seems a sight too reflective, suggesting a metallic liquid.
*We get to see at least one of the Beauty and the Beat fight Snake with her face exposed. The one in the trailer could be Laughing Octopus, or Screaming Mantis (I'm putting money on the former until the MGS4 Integrated Site comes back online).
*The Eastern Europe stage is where a lot of the story revelations take place, as it appears to be where you meet with EVA (aka Big Mama), and have an abortive confrontation with Liquid.
*Raiden is commissioned to help Snake by Colonel Campbell, which would be ironic given the events of MGS2. (There's a brief sequence showing Raiden, with a coat on and his back turned, talking to Colonel Campbell)
*Is there an Octocamo means of making Snake younger? Or is there something more profound to have Snake younger? _________________ At moments when monsters spawn in by rising up from the ground, it turns the action into a gory, protracted session of Whack-A-Mole.
