Do I look fat? I'm 5 '11 and weigh 225 pounds or so. Be honest. If you think I look fat tell me if you think I should lose weight or not.

Even if I showed my face how would you really know if it was me or not? You just have to trust that it's me. I didn't put my face in my pic so that I'd feel less embarrassed about posting those pics.

I'd say that I'm BORDERLINE obese. I'm not overly huge or anything but I could and should lose 25-30 pounds. |

If you want to lose weight cut out the carbs. Bread, pasta, potatoes and rice.
Eat heaps of nuts because they have good fat and stop you from going hungry. Don't eat any roasted nuts, bad fat.
Also heaps of fruit and veges.
I'm on a gluten free diet and I found I lost a weight doing that.
I'm about 70kg and 1.87m, I actually want to put a few kg on. |
