So growing up I used to loveee standing on my head, eventually that stim sorta faded as I began adulthood, well its back again lol. I'm now once again obsessed with being on my head or being upside down, I do it on the couch, bed, floor, chair lol, everywhere(haha i sounded like dr suess there lol). I can do it alllll day long, the feeling I get from it is sooo great haha. Anyways I was wondering if anybody else loves being upside down or on their head?

yes!
it feels good, was upside down up to waist today, had pushed self into a corner where both wall padding sides meet and also wedged self in for the pressure.
wouldnt do full upside down, when am used to try that,am would either not use enough force, and end up falling over to the side,or use too much force, crash and fall straight over.

When I was younger, you would always catch me upside down, watching TV or playing games, or just generally relaxing. But now I have grown out of that, mostly because I am too large (6'4", 240 LBS, size 16 shoes, 15 years old)

I am the opposite. I hate being upside down. As a kid I was always terrible in gym class - I couldnt even do the forward roll because it meant being upside down for a fraction of a second and now I find shoulder stands in yoga very unpleasant because of the pressure to the head and neck.

Yes, I used to do that as well. Never thought of it as a stim until you posted this though. I guess it was, lol.

As kid I used to enjoy hanging upside down from upholstered furniture, though mother would yell at me not to ruin her antiques (the chairs or couch). Never been able to do the handstand/headstand posture, so that's out. Nowadays, for whatever reason, being upside down makes me feel ill & dizzy-I used to enjoy the "headrush" but that was in childhood. I do like the sensation of balancing out pressure on/within my entire body, so I'm not weighing on my feet/legs-every once in a while I hang halfway off edge of my bed, with my lower limbs elevated, to get the blood moving.
Now & back then: Swimming is where I have most fun upending self, doing somersaults, and still not getting motion-sickness (which I'm susceptible to in cars, etc.).

I love hanging or sitting upside-down! I sometimes just think: oh, it would feel awesome to be upside-down now.

But I didn't do it since adulthood, as it is much more complicated as a grown person than it was when I was a child. Growing can be such a nuisance.

I thought of doing handstands, but my arms usually crash underneath me. So, yes, being upside-down is proving to be next to impossible...

(I admit: I'm still practising handstands. It's fun.
My body forgot how to do them since my mother went raving mad years ago. I did handstands in our living-room all the time and one day, I broke half of the furniture there.)
