Out of all of these movies I'd vote for the original Star Wars trilogy (Episodes IV, V & VI). Unfortunately you put the entire series though (the first two movies in the newer trilogy were mediocre at best and the last Star Wars was alright but still not very good).
Star Wars isn't my favorite movie of all time though... |

| Out of those options, it would be Indiana Jones by a long shot. |

I voted Pirates of the Carribean they make the life of a pirate sound fun. All you do is sail on a ship that you stole and then find or steal treasure that's worth $$$$$$$$
Also love Johnny Depp's character Jack, he makes a witty talkn' pirate.
I happen to luv a lot of the Indiana Jones movies too, they're fun!!

I wouldn't count those as separate films. I'm asking you to vote for the best and if you think two of those were not as good fine. I thought the new ones were crap by miles...however it has to be counted as one. _________________ Free Palestinians. They are the new Jews of the 1930s.

I like the first Die Hard ( and the third one is ok) , the first Jurassic ( and the third but it's a bit too lite/popcorn ) , the third Indiana Jones, and the first and third Jason Bourne. So my vote is Bourne, but like someone else said, none of these are my favourite films of all time.

| I like the Die Hard trilogy, but NONE of the film(s) you mentioned do I consider to be the best of all time. |

There are movies that appeal to me more than any of those. And several on your list are ones I haven't seen anything of (Die Hard, what's that and why would I want to see it?). I think I'd rather watch Battleship Potempkin or some other silent film than a modern blockbuster.
But the one from your list that I loved at the time it came out, more than any other blockbuster previously seen (Star Wars, etc), was Raiders of the Lost Ark. I wasn't impressed with the other Indiana Jones movies. I think I was actually obsessed with this first one. I think it got me hooked on retro styles from the 20s. After that, my next favorite was The Untouchables. Later on, I became less interested in fictional film/video, although I might see the new Indiana Jones film if I have someone to see it with. By the time it comes out on video, I'll probably either have forgotten about it or have something more important to do than watch a movie.
Sorry, I can't vote for a whole series as one movie, especially since there's one or more movie in it that I haven't seen. _________________ Checkout: Folding@home!

LotR is by far the most consistant in my view. All three of the movies are so excellent.
Star Wars has the atrocious prequels to consider.
Pirates had uneven sequels. Which one was uneven depends on who you ask. I didn't like Dead Man's Chest but loved World's End, but I know plenty that liked Dead Man's Chest and HATED World's End.
Harry Potter's pretty great but it's just not done yet and doesn't quite live up to the books, whereas the LotR books (in my view) improve on the source material. Also, I felt that the Chamber of Secrets film was lackluster and Goblet of Fire was lukewarm. Others thought that my favorite, Prisoner of Azkaban, sucked. So again, it's a case of them being kinda uneven.
Rambo? HAH.
Jurassic Park's ok, but the first one is by far the best. The sequels are not nearly as good.
I never liked the Bourne movies.
Indiana Jones: well, Raiders is a classic, but I wasn't crazy about The Last Crusade and found Temple of Doom annoying. (I HATE the woman in it!)
Die Hard, again, has inconsistant sequels. |

More of a rip off of Star Wars, storywise. Beat for beat. Just replace the lightsaber with a dragon.... |

I've seen the Mad Max trilogy, yet out of the list offered here I've seen:
None of the LotR films.
None of the Harry Potter films.
Only episodes 4, 5, and 6 of the Star Wars series.
None of the Pirates of the Carribean films.
None of the Rambo films.
None of the Die Hard films.
Only the first Jurrassic Park.
None of the Bourne films.
Not saying that the Mad Max trilogy was good, just that it would seem to fit this list (action/fantasy/adventure) perfectly.
Movie tickets cost too much. I'm guessing that for someone to have seen all of these movies, some must have been on video or subscription TV. _________________ Checkout: Folding@home!

This is a hard one.
I would say my fav is Star Wars (4,5,6)
But Indiana Jones are better films.
But LOTR has a bigger 'vision' and production values. |
