Using the Masoretic Text as the point of reference, the delta(difference) between the Masoretic Text and the LXX(Septuagint) and Sam.(Samaritan Pentateuch) is calculated along with the sum of the deltas.

The bolded zeros for Noah are incorrect.
They are supposed to represent a 100+/100- alteration from the original.
Edit: updated the image so everything is correct now as far as I know.

The LXX (Septuagint) was a translation of the Tanakh into Greek around 250 BC.
The Samaritan Pentateuch is an ancient paraphrase of the Torah, I think into Aramaic.
The Masoretic Text is the Hebrew Tanakh from which the Christian Old Testament comes.

Looks more like the Hebrew Football League Table for rounds 10 and 11 250 BCE.
