This is my first post, but I was wondering how many aspies are Eagle Scouts.
I figure that it is a drive to finish something that I have, that allowed me to get it, plus an insane attention to detail in my Eagle Project. If anyone is, what was your project?

I'm an eagle scout. Built a bridge over a washout ravine along a hiking trail for my project.

I'd rather castrate myself with a rusty spork.

I was a girl scout, back in the day. All we ever did was learn how to cook. It seemed to me that my brothers (also boy scouts) got to do more of the cool stuff like camping, rock climbing, fishing, and so on. Looking back on it, I think I was ripped off somehow.

I was enrolled several times by my mother to try to make me socialize. But the meetings just made me nervous and gave me meltdowns. Thnx mom! Rolling Eyes

Scouts were lame... but I'm glad some of you guys were able to enjoy it.

hi all im an eagle scout and it was rewarding in the end not to mention that yout're well respected once you get to that position within the Boy Scouts and they look to you for leadership. Now im in the Venture Scouts and that program is for eagle scouts who wish to continue the experiece but the difference is that you go at your own pace and you are treated like an adult. In the end i dont regret it one bit

I used to be a Girl Scout. Since my troup was small, we mainly just went camping, random places, and sold cookies. I always owned at the selling cookies part. And the camping was pretty fun, too. One time, we went camping with the Brownies (we were mentors to them), and one troup said they loved me so much, they wanted me to join their troup! lol (They didn't like my other troup members because they didn't let them get away with stuff like I did. Wink )
