IDK I had a choice 
As a lfe-long noonsmoker I'd have to say ice cream hands down. Esecially Tin Roof Sundae, or Ben & Jerry's "Phish Food"

I used Chantix it worked really well I quit in only a few months and now I hate them

I wish my brother would stop smoking, he is over-weight and his breathing is getting bad. He has chest pains too. 
He is 33, big age difference between us.
