Would you like a friend whom everyone dislikes / rejects / ignores / dumps?

I wouldn't mind having such type of person as a friend provided that I liked him/her. I wouldn't actively seek a social reject as a friend, though.

I tend to like the geeky kids that aren't so "affulent" when it comes to having all sorts of friends and a gig every night to go to. Their personality has to mesh well with me though, and I've known lots of people that were not socially affluent and I myself did not care to hang around them.

I'd like a friend like that, because I was in the same boat, in school.

As long as the person isn't lazy, the person has to speak enough too, because I like intellectual discussions.

This isn't a must, but I would prefer it; if the person isn't part of a group or a trend for people who consider themselves social rejects. I prefer true social rejects.

Pretty much all of the people I hung out with on a regular basis while I was in school were social rejects.

I have a friend like that. We agree on a lot of things. So we are really good friends, although it gets old listening to him rant about his lust for hot women. All in all, he is a good friend to have.
