Hey guys,
Things have gone drastically downhill for Alaspi. We thought she'd make a quick recovery and she was doing ok until this morning. Her heart is failing and she is being taken out of state for better medical treatment. She asked me to make one last post for her telling you all that she appreciates everyone for making WP such an awesome place that has given her such a positive outlook on life. And she hopes that you all will find/have found peace with autism. And she hopes to come back to give out more hugs.
I wish I could say things will be just fine, but I'm terrified about what will happen. I've been with her since we were kids and it makes me sick just thinking about losing her. Please pray for her. I'm sorry, I shouldn't ask, I'm not even a member here, but I'm just freaked out right now and I'm sorry for my complaining, it's not something Alexis agrees with but I can't help it, I'm so scared for her and it's helping writing out my frustration. Sorry.

I'll pray for her. I really like her sense of humor. I hope she gets better.

My thoughts are with Alaspi, and you to Rachel, I hope she manages to pull though this. I want to leave you with this prayer, its not really religious, but it is very spritual, and helped me in bad times.
AN INDIAN PRAYER

and whose breath gives life to all the world,
