I have no friends, my family seems to hate me, our family is almost poor, I have nothing to do this summer, etc.
I wish my life could be much better.

You could try finding a job or something like that. It might help you with problem #1, it is also likely to help you with trouble #3 and will certainly fix #4. Of course, it is not easy, but it might be worth the try, specially if you are afraid summer will be boring/you'll have nothing to do.
You sound quite young, I wouldn't worry that much, you may be right that your life is ruined but you have time to fix it, even if you do it slowly. Don't give up.
Regarding #2, All I can got to say that the times I thought that to myself, I was wrong, you may be wrong as well. If you are not sure on either way, it is a good idea to talk about it. Again, I know it is hard, but you should try it.

I know how you feel. My life is so boring right now, I have no friends that want anything to do with me over here, I don't have the skills to get any of said friends, I am at war with half of my family and the other half that I'm on good terms with are all poor.
But like what Vexcalibur said, you are still young. Life won't be bad forever, I recently came to that realization myself. You are so much younger than I am. You have a lot more time than I do for things to get better.
