| Recently i discovered there is beta testing Streets Of Rage Remake. It features all the best bits of 1st, 2nd and 3rd games that brought out on megadrive. Also you can play as characters (including Adam) and they put remixes on stage music. The remake is fan made but its a SOR fan's dream come true!!!!! If any one is interested then let me know |

| I loved Streets of Rage 2! But I never got to play the 1st and 3rd games. My favorite character was Max (from the 2nd game actually). |

streets of rage is one of the most overplayed games am had,almost as much as double dragon II [for side scrollers].
thought the third one was too easy,never played the second one.

I've beaten the first two but I cheated. I have played the 3rd one on my Wii. God that game is rare, no wonder the bids go high on ebay, plus the game is hard to find.

I've heard of the remake, it's coming out for Dreamcast isn't it? I know the Goldenaxe remake did.
Didn't try it, though...don't even think they had screenshots yet when I saw it.
Love the games, but I only have the first one for Genesis (and it's a Sega CD burn  ). My friend's got the second one on 360, we beat it. Would love to get the carts, but they're hard to find for some reason =/

Yup one of the most played game back in the old days.
No. 2 was the best! Especially love the level where the baseball pitch is an elevator which goes down.
The remake is available for PC too. Its quite good. |
