Maybe an experimental version of the Western Electric 101A repeater tube, from 1915. I have a lot of scarce old stuff, though.

This might also be a candidate (linked cause it's huge):

Tubes, I love tubes. Not that rare but a Wireless Ste No. 19 from a WW2 tank and an 1870 penny in Extra fine condition

john wesley hardin's childhood slingshot. and his brother's school chalk tablet. they're distant relatives, and the relics were given to me by our family historian, my greatx2 aunt, when i was a kid. john wesley is, as far as i know, the only lawyer, the only person to have written a widely distributed book, the only mass murderer, and the only folk hero in our family.

I always figured there must be people out there who do that.

Nolan 100 watt guitar amp from the UK, made in the late 60's/early 70's.
Also have a Diezel VH4 guitar amp which are fairly rare not to mention expensive, though they are in current production.

I also have a bunch of RCA black plate 12AU7 tubes from the late 50's. --If they were 12AX7's, they'd be worth quite a bit.

I have a pretty nice trilobite. I also have my Oldsmobile--- in a few more years, it'll actually be considered rare. Think of how common Hudson and Nash once were. Do you see any of those around today? Oldsmobile will go that route as well.

Me.

There is only one of me Embarassed

Seriously though, not sure the rarest thing I own. I'm not really concerned with things like that, I just enjoy having things (not in an overly materialistic way, though).

Like the top loading NES2, it may be more rare than the toaster models, but I just like it because I don't have to deal with the crappy cartridge connectors on the original.

On the other hand, there are two releases of The Legend of Zelda for NES in the US. One is the original gold cart, and the other is the re-release gray cart. The gray cart is actually more rare, but I'd rather have the gold one because that was the one I grew up with (and I'm pretty sure most people would prefer the gold).
