So you can say OH NOEZ all you want. But at the end of the day, the people who lost their lives at Ground Zero are still dead. Has anyone here lost someone to the 9/11 attacks? | Duh! But that also could have been said 9/10. Or the day before the Oklahoma City bombings. Or the day before Pearl Harbor. Or the day before Germany invaded Checkoslovakia, or the day before Germany invaded France (WWI or II), or the day before the John Brown uprising... The only difference is we're a bunch of chickens perfectly happy to run around in a circle, screaming FUUUDDDDDD!!!!!
Say it's somehow different now than ever before, and all you're doing is making it different.
[edit]As I recall, most of the damage caused on 9/11 was caused by rather large airplanes smashed into buildings. There was very little death or destruction, at least on that day, done by photographs of buses. If you lost someone close to you due to a hostile use of bus photographs, then you have my sympathy. But that does not make all photographers of buses (or anything else) terrorists.[/edit] |
