I loved reading Goosebumps as a kid and had to have EVERY BOOK!!! A couple months ago I even started watching reruns of the show and searched the topic on Wikipedia to find out there were NEW BOOKS coming OUT!! Smile So today now at 22 I bought the 1st book of the series (they are up to 4 out of the 12 planned it's a 12 book story arc HOW EXCITING!!!!) I just finished it (It's shocking as a children's book the chapters are sometimes 1 page and it was only 135 pages which I knocked out in a day.) The 7th Harry Potter took me 18hours. Smile Anyway I'm shocked I stumbled upon enjoyment out of something from my childhood as an adult. I can't wait to buy 2-4 to get caught up and then 5-12 when they are released. Smile

I watched America's Most Wanted once a few months ago and enjoyed it. I was obsessed with it when I was 11. I wonder if that counts.

Sure. Smile It's funny I went through the book in a day and some chapters were only 1 page long LOL! One thing I can say about shows, books, videogames when going back to them I'm not negative I usually think WOW NOW I KNOW WHY I LIKED IT,and while what some things people would call "cheesy" AKA Power Rangers the old episodes are fun although as an adult you see the repetition of it etc. Smile

Yes. I used to collect waterbugs in little aquariums from time to time. I have a small saltwater tank with some marine amphipods in them. I had some brine shrimp in the tank but they did not do every well. I had a few amphipods in there originally by accident and they seem to be doing pretty good.

I also ordered Star Trek: The Animated Series(Yes I know I mentioned this before). Even though I am an adult in my late 40s, my childhood interests always lie just beneath the surface: They are a part of who I am.

My perspective is that when you are a child your interests seem adult-like but when you are a an adult these same interests seem child-like. Makes you wonder where this fits in the circle of life.

Cool, I'm still kind of into Goosebumps as well. I read a few of the books about a year or two ago, and drew pictures to go along with them... that was fun, actually. I watched a few of the reruns as well on Cartoon Network... I'm sorry, but the acting was HORRIBLE Razz .

Well, I was always sort of obsessed with reading as a child, and to this day children's literature is one of my most intense interests.

Also, dinosaurs. My brother and I were completely mad about dinosaurs when we were younger, and recent nostalgia for this time of my life has re-sparked my interest.

recently i rediscovered how much i love coloring books.
Of course being the OCD i am am i have to make photocopies of the pages i want to color, so as not to ruin the book.
Also I am not satisfied with coloring an image just once, i usually copy it 4 0r 5 times.
I especially like abstract designs and geometric designs.
I'm an artist so this obsession makes me feel very guilty, i think i should be working on my own work.
It feels indulgent to color like a child.

Chess. I started when I was 5 and stopped at about 11. Started back up when I was 18. I improve, but at a rather slow rate. I probably put in 10-20 hours a week on it.

Inner child topic

Always loved C.S. Lewis' chronicles of Narnia and his other related books. If I reread the books (not the movie--this destroys the link with my little Aspie) I am taken back to a magical time where I am in my head, free and happy to be me, reading alone in my room, quiet and content.

My keys, of course, have always been collectibles.

Some of you posters are still kids. I am 53 years of age!!! Shocked
