Well, I always wonder why this is such a controversy?
Isn't because a sense of a loss of power? (because you cannot measure it, its' like you can't measure lighting it's random)
And anyway don't you need unconventional methods in certain circumstances. Good examples of this would be the moon landing, the Big Dig and the construction of the Interstate Highway System?
And if it succeeds, then who really cares? I go with the policy of if it works, who cares about the method? |

I see no problem with being unconventional at all. The answer to your about needing them is yes. I do whatever works for me. _________________ A person that does not think he has problems already has one-Me |

It's human nature that if one finds something which is unusual, and therefore hard to make sense of in their head, it's felt to be irrational or too unsafe... I guess...
Don't worry - I have nothing against unconventional methods. _________________ I am paradox... |

| Apparently it shows disdain and lack of respect for the establishment. This idea has haunted and hindered science for generations. Again, it boils down to a popularity contest. leave it to the NTs right? |
