ANY Anime Convention or meet-up group. Extra Win if you go to HS or a University and there's an Anime Club

It's all about finding someone with the same interests as you. That way, you already have something in common to work with, and it helps to build a longer-lasting relationship...
Now if only I could find me a trekkie girl... |
