In the 80s and early 90s, having cartoon series that dealt with classic cartoon characters as babies/small children?
Muppet Babies, Baby Looney Tunes, Flintstone Kids, etc. _________________ When you need something, that's a responsibility, that only an adult...of my maturity...Bunnies!!!

Someone was under the impression that babies are funny. That a baby smoking a cigar is funnier, and that They already had made millions with the larger versions. Also Mel Blanc, who was the voice of most of those characters had just died, and they wanted to ease the transition from his voice to the voice of his son.
