Ours was at 1,52€ for 1 litre a few days ago. It may have risen again. _________________ The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it. Terry Pratchett |

That's £6.05 a gallon, or about US$11.88 a gallon, for the Yanks. |

That was imperial gallons.
US gallons are different, so I've read. In that case it's £5.03 a gallon, or US$9.87.
Which goes to show the limited use of threads such as this in making comparisons if people don't specify exact units and currency. |

3.89 a gallon at last check, but it's been bouncing from 3.85 to 3.99 for the last few weeks so I can't say exactly. _________________ The improbable goal: Fear nothing, hate nothing, and let nothing anger you. |

Unites are defined by currency, which almost everybody has specified by using either $, £ or €.
US gallons are different from UK gallons, yes.
1 UK gallon is roughly 1.2. US gallon.
1 US gallon for liquids = 3.8 litres
1 Imperial gallon = 4.5 litres
I figured only those who're particularly obsessed with petrol/gas prices will convert. I don't mind the converting. _________________ The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it. Terry Pratchett |
