In short, no. Nostrodomus Was a hack he wrote generalizations than apply to a multitude of situations in any generation and there always someone saying this verse applies to this person/event, this one to that guy/war. and it happened practically every generation with a different person every generation since before the 1900's and probably much earlier.

In a documentary I watched years ago, a rabbi refer mabus to saddam husein. If you read mabus backward into subam, it sounds like saddam.  |
