I am, I think I get it from my grandad he was a scrappy little Irish man.
I use fighting as a way to cope and deal with things. I love going crazy on a punching bag, I have a very high boiling point and I'm not violent at all, I can control any aggression I have, I just a mentally force myself to do things. |

| I kinda am actually, I enjoy working out and punching my punching bag. I also sometimes feel like fighting someone, which I don't but I have the urge to sometimes, especially after working out. It's not out of anger at all, more or less for some weird enjoyment. I think it's more out of curiosity of how good I am at fighting or I just feel like it, dunno. |

Yeah when I was younger I used to feel like that all the time.
But I also have a soft, sensistive side and don't like hurting anybody. |

The fear that came from living with my step-father, over-rode any feelings of agressiveness that I might of had. I learned how to "survive", with my sister. It's amazing how terror can effect a person. You learn not to judge, and not to trust. So no, the fight has left me. I am in survival mode. _________________ Those who speak, don't know.

I've only been in one schoolyard fight. Self-defense from some bully. I lost.
I had a childhood common to aspies - nerdy, physically unimposing, picked on, loner.
I've gone through phases of life where my attitude toward aggression has slowly morphed.
I used to think that physical confrontations ought to be completely unnecessary in life. I worried about the consequences - if you punch somebody, you can get in trouble, go to jail.
But my younger crowd of friends occasionally get in fights, a few of which I was around to witness (and was ready to back them up, but things didn't get serious enough where they needed my help).
Having seen these incidents seldom amount to anything, and having a lot of anger at the world and certain people in particular, and having gained confidence in myself and my capabilities, I am much more ready to fight nowadays, be it physical or simply defiance at the world.
I think I need a punching bag. |

Yes, exactly how I am.
Also I've never been in a fight before, but it's strange, like I do have the urge sometimes for non-violent reasons. Like.. I'm not intending to hurt or damage the person in anyway but just to fight. I used to fight sometimes with my brother but I think a lot of people have done that with their siblings from time to time. Regardless that was years ago considering we're older now, I'm also fortunate I have a decent relationship with my brother. |

I can't fathom wanting to fight for nonviolent reasons. That's like wanting to f**k for nonsexual reasons.
I couldn't fight anybody I care about, why would I want to do that? The people I want to fight, I want to hurt. |

Yeah but it's weird, I get some urge to punch something, or in general if I want to fight someone I feel it's to either test my strength or just out of general curiosity to whether I can win or not. Not exactly violent reasons.. |

| f**k yeah I'm ready to fight anytime anywhere. I was brought up with a lot of little kids who had to fight for their positions at the dinner table, so I'm always ready for a brawl |

School was hell - but character building.
I fear no man and therefore seldom have to engage in actual fighting. When I have to I dont back down. |

*Daniel makes plane and dog fighting noises as he swishes his hands around the air pretending they're fighters*
'Fox 1!' Swoosh
'Guns guns guns!' Blat-blat-blat-blat
'Angels 20!'
*Long buzzing noise* 'Got tone-fox 2!' Swish
'Flares flares flares!' |

Fighting, for me, hardly ever ended well. I was bullied very severely in school and I'd get mad and just lose it. I'd take out my anger on the kid who made me feel that way to begin with (Trust me, nothing else worked. And this crap went on for years.). Anyway, in the end, I was almost always the one that ended up getting in trouble for starting the fight, although the other kid (who hardly ever got in trouble) who started the whole scene, didn't get detention or anything! It sucked. _________________ "We got the feet back!"- Ruth Cole, 'The Door in the Floor' |
