Even though VHS is almost dead, who still owns one?

I still own a player or two but only for recording things.

Aside from my Dr Who videotape collection (many of which have already been replaced by DVDs) that's it... I have no other videotapes. Everything else has either been bought and replaced or - if it can't be bought - converted.

I do because my outdated tv has no input/output jacks for game systems, so I used it for that. But it stopped working in 2007 Sad It just kept opening and closing for no reason.

I had a DVD recorder with a built-in VCR, but it got fried. I also have a VCR built into one of my TVs and the quality of the tapes is always better on that one. I just watch DVDs now though.

I have two, one stand alone and one in my TV/VCR/DVD combo, that the DVD player doesn't work in. I use the VCR in the combo TV pretty regularly to record shows that come on while I'm at work or out. We(My #4brother and I) also have more than 80 VHS tapes most of which have not been replaced by a DVD purchase.

With all the time that takes and the number of frisbees you could make, wouldn't it be easier to just take advantage of one of the specials and buy the briefcase full of DVDs?

We still have a VCR in the living room which we haven't used in a few years. I do have a DVD player, a portable one, that we occasionally use from time to time.
