Mabye TimTex?
I've been working with KML and various other formats like DXF/SHP and raw points for a project, specicially the Level 2 regions of England and the Level 1 countries/crown dependencies of the UK.
I have to say Scotland was a bastard, and this isn't super high resultion as they go either. There is just so many meanderings and boundries on the west coast the coverters just gave up. I was slicing it up into bite size pieces, and it did get through. I entended to rejoin them (by hand if nessasary ). Fortuately I found the overlays I needed in the right projection so i didn't bother, I wish i found them earlier.
But now look other places on the globe, scotland is nothing.
have you every had particualar trouble with some place, that you were pulling you hair out over?
CAD has been an osession of mine since my teens, but I never really delved into GIS til now. |

I used ArcINFO (another ESRI product). But I am very proficient in ArcView as well. _________________ When you need something, that's a responsibility, that only an adult...of my maturity...Bunnies!!!
