oh, yeah, I was reviewing some video I'd shot of myself about being autistic and what I think of it, and then on the TV screen they showed this "Athletes Against Autism" thing, so I un-muted to give my obligatory cringe, and to pity these poor, poor, unsuspecting athletes.

Let's all take a moment to pity those not so fortunate to understand the complexities of autistic and otherwise disabled people's lives. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

About Athletes Against Autism
Athletes Against Autism (Triple A) is a group of athletes, personally touched by autism, who are harnessing their efforts into one voice in order to raise awareness and funds for autism research, treatment and education programs.

This is an initiative of Autism Speaks. Founding members are NHL hockey players Olaf Kolzig, Byron DaFoe and Scott Mellanby. As fathers of children with autism, they realized the importance of using their status and influence to make an impact on the over 1.5 million people in the United States alone affected by autism.
