Okay, so what place is better? Let's see...

Australia has real beer. Yanks drink watered-down piss. The most popular bourbon in Australia is imported from America.
o far, Australia 1, America 1.
Let's see. America's Army has higher numbers - Australia's Army has better trained soldiers, and better equipment overall.
Australia 2, America 1.
America has guns, guns, everywhere guns. Australia has... bolt-action hunting rifles. Bad guys will always get their hands on guns, smuggled from Asia, so why can't I?
Australia 2, America 2.
Australia has meat pies, sausage rolls, roast lamb & mint sauce! America has... um... I don't want to know what's in their hot-dogs, actually.
Australia 3, America 2.
Australia has Australian women. America has mid-western farmer's daughters who, frankly, scare the hell out of me...
Australia 4, America 2.
America has a real basketball league...
Australia 4, America 3.
...but Australia has footy and cricket.
Australia 5, America 3.
Oh, but America doesn't have Victorians...
Australia 5, America 4.

Anycase; here's the real chunk of what I'm trying to say.
What country do you think has better services and resources for Autistic and Asperger people?

We've got Tony Attwood. They don't. Smile

Tony Attwood's kind of an unfair advantage, don't you think? [sarcasm -- actually, I love Tony Attwood, and Australia probably IS better than America, especially lately . . . ]

America doesn't have a bazillion weird animals which could've come from another planet.
Australia 0, America 1
Not everyone in America is crazy.
Australia 0, America 2
In America, you don't have to vote if you don't want to.
Australia 0, America 3
(LOL, actually, some of those might be a plus on Australia's side, depending on how you look at it.)

Unfortunately, the conservative element in our government would rather waste tax-payer money on pointless conflicts than spend it on people who are in need... so as you can imagine, Autistic and Asperger's people don't get many resources unless you're willing to fight for them. My family is dealing with this now, and it's very frustrating.

Cyberman, no weird animals?
Mind telling me what the hell a muskrat is? Or a groundhog?
Alligator? Bear? Mountain lion? Hillary Clinton?

Why'd Australia get 0 points? Yanks got points in mine.
What've you got against Australians? Are you friends with New Zealanders or something?
For those of you who don't know - New Zealand is Australia's Canada.

By the by, because we have to vote, it means everyone does. In the U.S. only white-trash vote; and have ya seen the results?

Edit: Wait, wait - I just saw the "LOL". Damn tiny text, that. Besides, being crazy makes us fun. Everybody loves Australians.

I think both our nations have strong and weak points, the thing is America is the modern day Roman empire, such civilisations have been known to be destroyed like Egypt, Aztecs, etc.. America is close to Europe, Australia is close to Asia, hence the name Australasia region, America is static and by being big has a lot of enemies and has trouble with focusing on the people. Australia has a bunch of weid animals, America has some danerouse animals, and I think we are the fatest nations in the world, probably thanks to things like McDonalds.

America has plenty of choices for drinking "real beer". Try some craft beers. And there's also imports. We have Foster's here in America too. Smile

I don't know about rates in the US (afraid to look) but Australia has much higher disability rates than Canada, and a much higher minimum wage, too. Of course the cost of living may also be higher, but I don't think disabled people on the dole are treated like criminals in Australia the way they are here. The rules about income for those on disability are better in Australia. Like, they actually get you're disabled. Here you're "not expected to work" but the money they gives you tells you they expect you to get off your ass and get a job anyway.

American frontier outlaws didn't wear armor.

Australia +1

Australian frontier outlaws got killed by gunfire in spite of their armor.

Score reverts to even.

No, it's just that their votes are the ones which get counted. Razz Conservatives are actually a minority here, but you wouldn't know that from all the gerrymandering and election fraud.

Native Americans invented the bow and arrow.

America +1

Okay, I gotta admit:

Native Australians produced incredibly beautiful artwork and a fascinating set of philosophical systems.

Australia +2

If the boomerang hits something after you throw it and its momentum is interrupted, how is it supposed to return to the thrower?

Australians have a lot of deadly animals in their country, and for some reason they all want to launch themselves face-first into the jaws of these creatures. Australians seem to have an overwhelming desire to find a shark or a snake or a croc and suffer a pointless animal fatality.

Why, Steve Irwin, why? Sad
