It`s a round robin tossup between:
Windows ME
Fedora Core 2
Fedora 9
Windows Vista _________________ "Blessed are the Distinctly Alien, for they shall inherit the Earth." -- Genesis P. Orridge |

What's wrong with Fedora? I've never tried it, but I've heard good things about it.
EDIT: I don't think I've really had any crappy OS's. I mean, the old-school Mac OS before they came out with OSX weren't great, but for their time they were OK. I suppose MacOS 9.2 actually never worked properly, and after it failed my family stuck with 9.1 until OSX was introduced. _________________ WAR IS PEACE

Fedora Core 2, the mouse and ALSA lib would not configure properly.
Fedora 9 is a bloated pig of an OS that is slowed down immensely by YUM, as well as the very high rescorces that KDE 4.0 uses. You cannot configure packages after system install. --It `s about as much of a pain to use as Win Vista.
--I`ve just installed Ubuntu, and like that much better, oddly enough, as I didn`t particularly like an older version of that distro. _________________ "Blessed are the Distinctly Alien, for they shall inherit the Earth." -- Genesis P. Orridge |

Windows ME (fondly remembered as Mistake Edition in my house)...And I'm gonna switch to something else before I use Vista. Just not gonna happen. _________________ There are only 10 types of people in this world: those who understand binary and those who don't. |

MS-DOS is what Windows is built off of. Its not User-Friendly but is stable and lightweight. |

It's a toss-up between Windows ME and Fedora. _________________ Kind regards,
