I loved cherry coke. My favorite was that vanilla coke that was around quite a few years ago.

I like Pepsi. It is sweeter, makes better burps. PepsiCo also makes Mountain Dew, which I also love. Coke leaves an almost metallic taste in my mouth, which I do not like. I do, however, find the new Coke Zero pretty acceptable and even good.

Speaking of the colas and not the companies in general, I like Coke better (especially Cherry Coke), but if I drink more than two cans, it makes my stomach start to hurt Confused

I grew up most of my life not knowing what Coke tasted like, though...my dad's a huge Pepsi fan, and the one time in my childhood that I got to try Coke was when they switched to the new formula that tasted just like Pepsi. Got to try a Coke Classic in high school, and I was like "Woah, this is different..." Embarassed

Pepsi. Coke is nigh undrinkable IMO.

Although I don't much care for colas in the first place.

Actually, I like Dr. Pepper (family's from Waco), but it comes in the Coke machine...Wink

Even though I live in NC, the home of Pepsi, whenever a catered meeting lets out at work, there's always Pepsi and Mountain Dew left over...Wink

I find that pepsi is so much more bland in comparison to Coke. I'd like to do a comparison of the two drinks though someday.

Safeway brand cola might actually be better than the official Coca Cola to be honest with you guys. Have any of you guys tried it? It's superb!

I think Pepsi is too sweet and Coke is more flavorful.

Pepsi seems to have a lot less carbonation than Coke. Has anybody else here noticed this?

I was a Coke addict for many years. Then I rejected the idea of corporate brand loyalty and deliberately alternated between the two for a while. Then I found out it was the phosphoric acid in both that was messing up my GI so I switched to root beer.

what does that mean?

am accidentally voted for coke when should have clicked pepsi, add one to pepsi and remove one from coke..
am find coke to sweet and pepsi better,it doesnt have as bad after taste.
am also find the taste of both coke and pepsi differs depending on what thing its in [eg,big plastic bottle, smaller plastic bottle, glass bottle, can etc].

Obviously Coke, and the Mexican recipe is superior to the one manufactured in the U.S. Plus it comes in a cool-looking tall glass bottle.
